DINNER AT COSMO'S..

“If I close my eyes, I can still remember the smells of sauteeing peppers and capers and tomatoes… a sure sign that there was cacciatore in my future.”

This menu depicts our Year ‘Round dinner offerings. We also have a daily fresh sheet which changes with the seasons or our whims, and Small Plate Tuesdays with a separate Small Plate Menu.

Dinner Menu served after 5pm Tuesday through Saturday.

Four char-grilled crostini with an inspired mixture of fresh roma tomatoes and shallots topped with fresh mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, house-made currant balsamic reduction, and basil.

Clams Cosmo...

Sweet manila clams steamed with white wine, capers, shallots, butter, garlic and fresh herbs. Served withchar-grilled crostini.

Tender arborio-crusted calamari, deep fried and served with house pesto-aioli and fresh lemon.

Fresh spring greens & romaine topped with house-marinated artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, red onion and feta cheese then drizzled with fresh lemon-parsley vinaigrette.

Crunchy hand cut romaine mixed with spring greens and topped with lightly breaded and sauteed goat cheese medallions, wine-marinated cranberries and candied pecans then drizzled with fruity vinaigrette.

Fresh, vine-ripe tomato and fresh mozzarella layers topped with extra virgin olive oil, house-made currant balsamic reduction, and fresh julienned basil.

Steak & Gorgonzola Salad...(Entree Size Only)

Fresh romaine and greens topped with a full 8oz. flatiron steak char-grilled to your specifications, roma tomatoes, Spanish onion, gorgonzola crumbles and creamy gorgonzola dressing.

Char-grilled choice flat iron steak topped with imported Italian gorgonzola sauce, sauteed crimini mushrooms, and caramelized sweet onions. Served with char-grilled herbed polenta.
